The Polaris Star Award Ceremony is an annual event that brings together individuals, organizations, businesses and activists who are dedicated to combating human trafficking. This prestigious award ceremony  honors and recognizes the outstanding efforts and initiatives made in the fight against modern-day slavery and exploitation.

In 2025, the Polaris Star Awards Gala will be hosted by United Abolitionists, Inc. and the University of Central Florida's Center for the Study of Human Trafficking and Modern Slavery. We believe in the power of collaboration along with abolitionists, agencies, organizations, businesses and community members coming together to honor the unsung heroes in the fight against human trafficking. 

The event will feature a distinguished lineup of subject matter experts and awardees sharing their inspiring stories of resilience that shed light on the gravity of human trafficking and the importance of collective action. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with anti-trafficking leaders and learn how to get involved in their communities.

The Polaris Star Awards Ceremony also serves as a platform for fundraising to support ongoing programs that combat human trafficking and provide vital resources to survivors.
